One-Pot Mixed Berry Cobbler
Ingredients

1 21 ounce can cherry pie filling

1 ½ cup fresh or frozen blackberries

1 ½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

½ cup flaked coconut
-
2 teaspoon lime zest

1 7.5 ounce pkg. (10) refrigerated biscuits

Milk or melted butter
-
2 tablespoon flaked coconut
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F. In an oven-safe 3- to 4-qt. pot or saucepan combine pie filling, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, the 1/2 cup coconut, and 1 tsp. of the lime zest. Bring to boiling over medium heat. Remove pot from heat.

Separate the biscuits and arrange on top of hot fruit mixture. Brush biscuit tops with milk and sprinkle with the 2 Tbsp. coconut and the remaining 1 tsp. lime zest.

Bake, uncovered, 25 to 30 minutes or until biscuits are golden. Cool slightly before serving.
